BEGIN WITH THE CURRENT PICTURE

Your hives.
A considered plan.

Tell us what you have.

Share the number of colonies, their location, your equipment and the support you are looking for. We assess the starting condition and access before agreeing work.

Define the scope.

You may be looking for an assessment, help with a particular seasonal task or an ongoing care arrangement. Visits and tasks are agreed around the colony, season and available capacity.

Keep responsibilities clear.

The proposal identifies included work, scheduling, communication, client responsibilities and how additional work will be approved.

What to discuss before we begin.

Location and access

Tell us your area and how the apiary can be accessed. Travel, access constraints and any site requirements affect the proposed arrangement.

Recent hive history

A summary of recent inspections, known issues and work already carried out helps us understand the starting point. Detailed records can be shared once the appropriate contact route is agreed.

Included work and additional costs

The quote should distinguish the assessment or agreed visits from equipment, materials, travel and additional work where these are charged separately.

Scheduling and availability

This is an enquiry-based service. Immediate attendance and fixed response times are not promised; availability is confirmed for the specific request.

Colony outcomes

Care supports informed management, but colony survival, honey yield and other seasonal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

START A CONVERSATION

Tell us about
your hives.

Include your area, colony count and the help you need. We will discuss whether a suitable arrangement is available.
